The hotel is incredibly isolated with no transport options. Staff were unhelpful when organizing transfers and fixing basic issues like the shower. Food was overpriced given the lack of alternatives since we had no way to reach other dining options nearby.

I really loved the beautiful Andean style decor and the cozy sitting areas found throughout the place. The spa area was a great surprise, and the food was diverse and tasty!

Had a fun night here during our Uyuni salt flat tour. The salt decor is super cool, but some rooms are a trek from the dining area, so ask for one closer to the reception. Breakfast was solid with good options. Just watch out for the smell in the back rooms – not the best. Staff were really friendly, though!

Staying here with my grown-up kids was fantastic. The spectacular views of the salt flats from our Triple Room made our mornings unforgettable, especially during sunset. We loved exploring the unique natural sites in the area and even had an amazing private stargazing experience just a short walk from the hotel.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve its dining options for families like ours.

Better communication would have been appreciated, as I wasn’t aware that many guests book tours independently. It’s a about a 40-minute walk to the salt flats, so planning better up front would have helped. There is also room for improvement in maintaining the facilities, with some common areas looking a bit neglected. Despite the unique ambiance, the hotel could benefit from better staff training and improved maintenance.

This place was fantastic with super comfy beds and hot showers that felt like a dream! I especially loved unwinding in the hot tub after a long day exploring the stunning salt flats. Just a heads up, the wifi isn't great in the rooms, but that didn’t spoil our stay at all! 😊
