Great view from the room made it worthwhile.
The hotel is incredibly isolated with no transport options. Staff were unhelpful when organizing transfers and fixing basic issues like the shower. Food was overpriced given the lack of alternatives since we had no way to reach other dining options nearby.

A salty stay with awesome views!
Had a fun night here during our Uyuni salt flat tour. The salt decor is super cool, but some rooms are a trek from the dining area, so ask for one closer to the reception. Breakfast was solid with good options. Just watch out for the smell in the back rooms – not the best. Staff were really friendly, though!

The hotel offers an incredible vibe, with stunning views and unique salt architecture immersing you in a surreal atmosphere. However, some shortcomings marred the experience—limited dining options, slow service, and a lack of wifi in the rooms were noticeable. A curious adventure overall!

Staying here with my grown-up kids was fantastic. The spectacular views of the salt flats from our Triple Room made our mornings unforgettable, especially during sunset. We loved exploring the unique natural sites in the area and even had an amazing private stargazing experience just a short walk from the hotel.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve its dining options for families like ours.

great views but pricey dining
The property is stunning, with beautifully decorated areas that invite relaxation. I appreciated the various lounge spots offering breathtaking views, especially the mountain view that was mesmerizing. The amenities, such as the restaurant and spa, were top-notch, providing a comforting experience despite higher prices than typical Bolivian standards.
Dining options felt expensive relative to local prices.

The hotel is visually stunning, built entirely with salt bricks. The views from the rooms across the salt flats are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. My room was tidy and comfortable, with a cozy fireplace that added a nice touch. The staff was incredibly friendly and tried their best to accommodate us. However, we faced some significant issues. The internet connection was only good in certain rooms, which made it tough to stay connected. Although hot water was generally available, it took a while to start flowing, and the pressure was low at times. Additionally, I was disappointed with the breakfast service, which felt rushed and offered limited options. We also encountered problems when trying to arrange tours through the hotel. Better communication would have been appreciated, as I wasn’t aware that many guests book tours independently. It’s a about a 40-minute walk to the salt flats, so planning better up front would have helped. There is also room for improvement in maintaining the facilities, with some common areas looking a bit neglected. Despite the unique ambiance, the hotel could benefit from better staff training and improved maintenance.

This place was fantastic with super comfy beds and hot showers that felt like a dream! I especially loved unwinding in the hot tub after a long day exploring the stunning salt flats. Just a heads up, the wifi isn't great in the rooms, but that didn’t spoil our stay at all! 😊
